Hey people! Is there perchance any Japanese person in Freiburg that can truthfully teach me how to make reaaaaaal traditional Ramen and explain products to me!? Like… all self-made real obaa-san Ramen? Recipes just don’t cut it anymore, I’m a great cook but I’m at a loss. Also huge cultural fan ❤️
